The commission process
Ordering a custom piece of art is a straightforward and collaborative experience. I'm here to guide you every step of the way, ensuring your vision comes to life.
Getting started
To begin, please provide a good reference photo or multiple references if possible. Describe what you envision for your piece, including the subject's pose, colours, composition, and any other specific details. We can also discuss any applicable deadlines, though please note that timelines cannot be guaranteed due to the unpredictable nature of artistic creation.
Quoting and deposit
After we've discussed your commission ideas, I will provide a quote for your custom acrylic painting. Once everything is confirmed, a 30% deposit is required to secure your commission and begin the work. This deposit is non-refundable once the work has begun.
Progress and completion
You can receive regular progress updates as your painting takes shape. Once the artwork is finished, a photo of the completed piece will be sent for your approval. Upon payment of the remaining balance, your beautiful new painting will be prepared for delivery or pickup.
